Prom 2024 Consultation

Prom Bookings are now OPEN! 

We are so excited to help make your visions come to life. Prom is one of the most important events of your life and we want to help you SLAY. 

Books are only open until February 15th, 2024. Expedite fees of $200+ apply after this date, absolutely NO BOOKING after February. 

Consultations are $50 & nonrefundable. If you book with us, this will be applied to your total amount. 

Prom dresses start at $500, which varies with the desired design. (Payment plans are available with Shop Pay or at Designer discretion, after deposit is paid. No dresses will be shipped or be allowed for pickup unless full balance is paid)

50% deposit of total price is due at booking. Spot is not secured until this has been paid. 

How to get a Prom Dress made by Khomela: 

1. Send an inquiry: Text message to 409-259-BOOK 

What to include in the Inquiry: 

• Name
• School
• Date of Prom
• Inspo pics
• Budget
• Size (Can be generic, will take measurements later)

2. Once you get a response from your inquiry, you will then be directed to Khomela.org to schedule your consultation. This is a $50 non refundable charge. 

How to prepare for consultation: 

• Have a measuring tape (Can be found at almost any store for less than $3, walmart, target, dollar general, etc)
• Have a clear camera so we can instruct you on how to take measurements 
• Color scheme for dress
• Be sure on the direction you want to go for the dress. I.e. long or short, puffy or fitted, bling or no bling, etc. (Designer can help with suggestions, but the dress is solely up to your discretion. We just want to help bring your idea to life!) There will also be a reference guidebook sent once the consultation is booked to help you decide

3. Pay your deposit. 

After the consultation, we will send you an invoice & Service Agreement. It will include the pricing, details of dress, material, sizing & completion date. No services will be rendered until there is a signed Service Agreement & Deposit of 50% of discussed fee is paid. Deposits are nonrefundable.

We do have ShopPay available if you would like to pay for your deposit with an Alternative. 

4. We will send you a rough sketch of the design & confirm all details with you. After confirmed, we will start work on the dress. 

5. The designer will send updates and stay in contact with you during the process. If you don't like something, please let us know. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied! 

6. Once the dress is complete, we will prepare for delivery of the dress once the balance is paid in full.
