Do you tailor/alter clothes?
Yes. Tailoring starts $25.
How do I order a custom garment?
Under our "Book" Tab. There is a link that will take you to our calendar.
How quick can I get a custom made?
Normal turn around time is 3 weeks from the date of paid deposit. Timeframe varies depending on other factors like materials, complexity of design etc.
How much will this cost?
Our minimum for simple customs starts at $250, prices may vary on the complexity of the garment.

Can I make a payment plan?
Yes, there are several payment options available AFTER you make your initial deposit of 50%. We can discuss this during your consultation.
Can you make a piece exactly like the picture?
An inspo pic is just that, inspiration. We are still a designer company and we pride ourselves on originality. However, there could be some special cases, book a consultation to know more.
I'm not sure what I want, can you design something for me?
We can absolutely design a garment for you. That is actually what we prefer. The details can be discussed in the consultation.
How can I be sure that my custom will be made?
Pay your deposit of 50%. NO CUSTOMS WILL BE STARTED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
What can you make?
We can construct any garment, from shirts, pants, suits to dresses and more.

How long should I wait for my ready to wear item to be shipped?
All ready to wear items are made to order. Please allow 5 business days before receiving a tracking number.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on ANY custom deposit. If there is an issue with your garment, we will be sure to fix it.
We do not offer refunds on Ready to Wear but we will do exchanges.
Refunds are at the company's/ owner's discretion.
