We are so excited to help make your visions come to life. Prom is one of the most important events of your life and we want to help you SLAY. 

 

Until January 1, 2025 we are allowing you to secure your spot with a $100 deposit, which will go towards your dress/suit.

Rules below about deposit apply after January.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 

  • Booking after Jan. 31, 2025 is considered LATE. There will be extra fees for booking after this date $100-$500 extra
  • Consultations are $30, nonrefundable & do NOT count towards the cost of your garment. 
  • Deposits are due same day of your consultation, so please be deposit ready when booking a consultation. There is a 5 day grace period. Any other arrangements need to be discussed with designer. 
  • Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
  • No work or sketches will be done UNTIL deposit is received 
  • We are a brand and do NOT directly copy other designer's work. If you want a garment exactly like the inspiration picture, please book with that designer.
  • We WILL work with budgets, but they have to be a minimum of $500. (Understand that you cannot get very detailed and lavish garments with a low budget)(i.e. applique/rhinestones, tulle trains, corsets, etc) 
  • Prom dresses start at $650, which varies with the desired design. 
  • Suit Jackets start at $500, (these are cut and sewn, not pre made) 
  • No garments will be shipped or allowed for pickup until garment is paid in FULL 
  • Fittings are available only in Beaumont, Tx. 
  • House calls are available for a fee $150+ (Varies depending on location) 

 

Please understand you are booking a CUSTOM garment, which is handmade and a lot of time is being put into making you look good on your special day, the cost is not going to be low for this service. 

 

 

How to get a Prom Dress made by Khomela: 

 

  1. Book your consultation.

What to include in the consultation booking: 

  • Name
  • School
  • Date of Prom
  • Inspo pics
  • Budget
  • Size (Can be generic, will take measurements later)

 

2. How to prepare for consultation: 

  • Have a measuring tape (Can be found at almost any store for less than $3, walmart, target, dollar general, etc)
  • Have a clear camera so we can instruct you on how to take measurements 
  • Color scheme for dress
  • Be sure on the direction you want to go for the dress. I.e. long or short, puffy or fitted, bling or no bling, etc. (Designer can help with suggestions, but the dress is solely up to your discretion. We just want to help bring your idea to life!) There will also be a reference guidebook sent once the consultation is booked to help you decide

 

3. Pay your deposit. 

 

After the consultation, we will send you an invoice & Service Agreement. It will include the pricing, details of dress, material, sizing & completion date. No services will be rendered until there is a signed Service Agreement & Deposit of 50% of discussed fee is paid. Any other arrangements need to be discussed with designer. Deposits are nonrefundable.

We do have ShopPay available if you would like to pay for your deposit with an Alternative. 

 

4. We will send you a rough sketch of the design & confirm all details with you. After confirmed, we will start work on the dress. 

 

5. The designer will send updates and stay in contact with you during the process. If you don't like something, please let us know. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied! 

 

6. Once the dress is complete, we will prepare for delivery/ pickup of the dress once the balance is paid in full.
